Your Beautiful Beast is already inside you. It is the real, untamed version of yourself that diet culture tried to shrink, “shoulds” tried to weigh down, and self-doubt tried to bury. But guess what? It is still there. Your authentic self, unapologetic and powerful, just waiting to come up for air.

My job is to help you bring that version of you back to the surface. I am a Certified Personal Trainer, a Nutritionist, and a Master Neuro-Transformational Results Coach™. Translation: I am trained in movement, nutrition, and the science of how real, lasting change actually happens.

Now, let’s be real. Too many trainers hand you a cookie-cutter workout plan, tell you what to eat, and then send you on your way. The personal has somehow gotten lost from personal training, and you are left with a plan that does not actually fit your life.

On the flip side, a lot of coaching stays stuck in your head. And sure, mindset work has its place, but when you are tired, stressed, or your kid is melting down in the Target aisle, those “positive affirmations” do not feel so powerful anymore.

That is because willpower does not cut it. Real transformation does not happen from a generic workout or a motivational pep talk. It happens when your whole self gets on board, your body, your mind, your values, and your lived experiences, so change finally feels natural instead of like another exhausting cycle of starting over.

That is where Neuro-Transformational Coaching™ comes in. It is both a science and an art. The science is the proven framework. The art is me blending those tools with my own style, intuition, and lived experience. No cookie-cutter plans here. No two sessions look the same, because no two humans are the same.

So what does that look like in real life? It is me helping you rewrite the patterns that keep you stuck. We will dig into beliefs, values, emotions, perceptions, even those sneaky embodied traumas that shape how you move through the world. And we will layer that with physical training and nutrition strategies that actually feel good.

This is not about perfection or scales or fitting into someone else’s box. It is about whole health: mental, emotional, physical, and relational. It is about healing your relationship with food, movement, and yourself, so health stops being something you chase and becomes something you live.
